What Are Your Response Times or SLAs?

If you are in contract with us, then it will have an SLA as part of the contract. If not, we will aim to come to your business within 4 hours.

We cover Herts, Beds, Northants and some small businesses in London. If you are in one of these counties, give us a call today.

How Long Are Your Contracts?

We have three lengths of contract. 1 Year, 3 Years and 5 Years. We recommend that your first contract should be 1 Year. This gives you time to get to know us, and our way of working before committing to a longer contract should you wish.

What Kinds of Training and/or Education Do Your Technician Have?

All our technicians are educated to a minimum of a degree in Computer Studies/Science. They also undergo yearly refresher courses for various technologies, including software and networking.

Do You Perform Background Checks on Your Staff?

ALL our staff are fully CRB checked. The safety and security of our clients is paramount.

Do You Provide Telephone and Remote Support?

A.

Yes we provide both. Telephone support is 1st line and remote support would be 2nd line. Remote support is an excellent way of fixing an issue quickly and with minimal disruption to your business.

Can We Have a Trial Period?

Yes. All new contracts have a 3-month trial period because we are that confident you will be happy with our service.

What Type of Contracts Do You Offer?

We offer two types of contract: Ad Hoc, so you call us when you want us and only pay for the time you use, or you can sign up to a set amount of hours per week so you can have a technician on-site at regular times.
